Our Company

Ivan set up the practice in 2005 having moved from the beautiful north to the beautiful south to attend Portsmouth University. Virtually all of our work comes from word of mouth, repeat business and recommendation, and we have never advertised.

We work across the south coast including Dorset, Devon, Somerset and Hampshire and also cover Surrey and South Buckinghamshire....so far! We will work anywhere and would love to take on a project anywhere from Cornwall to the Lake District.

Our inspiration is initially taken from the specific features of the site and, although we do any style, there is often an Art Deco/Seaside influence evident in our work.

Our projects range from residential refurbishment and extensions, bespoke new build homes for private clients, residential development for property developers, care homes, sheltered housing and commercial development including warehouses and showrooms.
